For some jewelry designs, you will see a price struck through to the left of the actual price. The struck through price is the MSRP, for your reference. Unless the design says otherwise, our actual price is NOT a sale price, so there are no terms and conditions.
We bring you everyday low pricing on our website, the best price you will find for Designs by Nathan jewelry anywhere. Pricing is updated daily to reflect the current prices for the gold and silver markets. You pay the price current on the date of actual purchase.
Designs that indicate they are for sale have the following terms: the actual time of purchase has to be during the sale, and are while supplies last. We do not offer rain checks. All returns of sales items will be refunded according the actual price paid.
Shipping
We ship within 1 business day of your cleared payment. It may take 1 additional business day for your tracking number to appear on your order.
All shipping on jewelry is FREE within the United States.
New! Canada Post Priority costs a flat $20 per order
New! UPS International Expedited costs a flat $36.50 per order. We ship to the UK, Europe, and Australia. Ask and we will add your country, too!
All shipments are insured for your protection. High value orders will require a signature, also for your protection.
Returns Policy
Please inspect your jewelry when it arrives.
We accept returns for the item price, no questions asked, of most new, unworn and undamaged jewelry, received within 14 days of delivery. For a full item refund, please include the jewelry box. We do not refund shipping. Customized and made to order pieces are not returnable, but are covered under our Hassle Free Lifetime Trade-In Program.

We recommend that you insure your return package and use tracking. We take full responsibility for your return after we receive your return package.
We do inspect and test returns carefully to determine if the jewelry has been worn. For health reasons, we do not resell worn jewelry. Worn jewelry, and returns received after 14 days, will automatically be handled under our Hassle Free Lifetime Trade-In Program.
Purchases for Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day may be returned within 14 days after the holiday.
